Welcome to my world—where the coffee is strong, the scissors are sharp, and the salon is just steps away from my kitchen. As a home-based hairstylist, my days are a mix of creativity, connection, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. Here’s a peek behind the scenes!

☀️ Rise & Shine (with Coffee, Always)

My day starts around 6 AM. I soak in the peace, sip my coffee, and help my kiddo get ready for school. Then I take a few quiet moments to center myself—sometimes a walk, sometimes just sitting on the patio and breathing before the buzz begins. It’s my way of prepping for a day filled with people, hair, and stories.

💇‍♀️ Salon Setup Vibes

After my morning routine, it’s time to transform my space into a cozy, clean, and calm little salon oasis. Natural light? On. Tools? Sanitized and set. Music? Soft and chill. I want every client to feel like they’re walking into a peaceful, personalized experience—not a busy, noisy salon.

👋 Clients, Connection & Hair Goals

By 9 AM, the first client arrives. We chat, we laugh, we plan. Whether it’s a bold color change or a quick trim, we always start with a conversation. I want my clients to feel heard—and leave feeling even better than they expected.

Every head of hair is a new canvas. Some days it’s all about bold transformations, other times it’s little refreshes that make a big impact. Either way, the best part? Seeing someone light up when they look in the mirror. That never gets old.

🥪 Quick Breaks & Big Gratitude

In between clients, I take quick breaks (yes, more coffee). I stretch, snack, and jot down notes about each client—what they loved, what they want next time, how I can make it even better. Little things that make a big difference.

🌈 Afternoon Magic

The afternoon brings more clients and more stories. A teen getting a confidence boost. A mama-daughter duo making memories. Every person brings their own vibe—and I love being part of their journey.

I also take time to share tips for healthy hair at home, because great hair doesn’t stop when you leave my chair.

🌙 Wind Down & Reflect

After my last appointment, I tidy up and reset the space. Then I shift gears—dinner, family time, maybe a little inspiration scroll or brainstorming for new techniques.

💛 Final Thoughts

Working from home as a stylist isn’t just convenient—it’s personal. I get to offer one-on-one care in a space I’ve created with love. It’s about more than just hair; it’s about confidence, connection, and creativity.

Every day is a chance to make someone feel amazing. And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
